How do you do something original with fall colors? I don't know, but I was struck by the sun behind trees in my front yard this morning. I'm deathly afraid that when the state widens the highway, below and behind the image, in a year or two, they are going to take all this out.

If you could focus in on one part of the leaves, where you have some of the shaded green leaves in the foreground and the sunlit yellow leaves in the background, it would give the pic some focus. Right now it just kind of seems like, "trees... hmmm..."
But i do love the colors and the autumn feel. Keep it up!

There are lots and lots of photos of fall colors on caedes. You could take a look and get some ideas. Here the fall colours are behind the green and not so prominent. As "Sun through the Trees" it is a good image.

Hi Randy! Nice nature image! I have a program that would put more color in that, but you did a great job!! Thanks for sharing! Allen

This was a good idea for a photo and the green leaves in center against the lighted background looks very good. The photo appears on my monitor to need a touch more contrast, but the composition is great.

I agree with Caiden. You have to decide on what you put the focus. And then you can better arrange the contrast. Anyway a good try.
