I took this in at a nature preserve today. The image had an artistry, I thought. This is straight from the camera, except I had to clone out part of a white plastic bag hanging from a tree in the background. Never saw it when I took the shot. lol

Plastic doesn't match with 'gold', Connie, so you've done a good job for cloning out the 'disturbing factor'.

Very nice find with the angled lighting and yellow leaves aglow.
No detriment to the image, but merely a comment: As one who is very allergic to poison ivy, I spot it always. That is a well-developed poison ivy vine growing up the tree trunk.

Good good job.. 'cause.. I looked. And I can't see any telltale signs of cloning.
That said..
Simply.. lovely.
And a judicious choice going with the portrait orientation and presentation.
