This was a very simple picture . . . I applied a little photoshop touch to darken the mood :-)

The water drops look like an army of ants or some other insect, but scary, because they are glowing, coming from a dark backround. Very Cool.

Hate to be the naysayer here, but I'm not that crazy about it. I think the black space detracts from the idea. It makes it look too cut out. Just a humble opinion.

I actually changed the background to black to emphasize the effect I was looking for. Another note . . . believe it or not, a flash was not used - this was another effect used to pull the eyes to the droplets.

Thanks. I have a better idea of it now. Had to look at it awhile.

I realize it's not for everyone; in fact, I wouldn't use it on my own desktop . . . I just added it to put more variety in my submissions.

Aah, very refreshing. The droplets look like they are going to a meeting in the middle of the leaf.

i suppose you used "Sharpening" and "Dodge" for the droplets.İt looks simple, resumes what it has to and not mixed up with lots of effects.Looks very "National Geographic" (this is a compliment in my way of saying ; ) Looks proffesional.(But attention to the edges of the leaf)

Having "National Geographic" mentioned under any of my pictures is a compliment indeed. Thank you.

National Geographic, or, an advertisement for an exotic ladies' scent...say from Clinique or Balmain...a good ad for Balmain's Vent Vert. I mean this as a compliment. The leaf is so tender one wants to kiss it. And the dark curve is lush.

I like it, and I think that it doesnt look scary indeed, I think that is quite relaxing when u try to look at picture, like a morning after a big storm---(peaceful). And it surely goes into my favorites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
