Nope it's not from a a fractal. I created it in PS. It might look like a fractal, because it's copies of the same image manipulated in slightly different ways.

awesome wallpaper, colours are the best, different shades of blue always look cool together and the way in which each blue is used makes the image really stand out on the screen, got to give 10/10 and a definite for my favs. Well done
