Sunwapta Pass is the boundary between Banff and Jasper National Parks. It is also the longest and steepest uphill climb when heading north. I pulled my bicycle over and snapped this shot about half way up.
Breathtaking ... the view is just gorgeous Michael. I love the grayish blue tint on the mountain & the pink flowers in the foreground add just enough contrast. An excellent capture ... thank you for sharing.
What a magnificant shot Michael! It's just breathtaking! I was just looking through your gallery and you really have an amazing talent with a camera! This summer has been sooo busy, unfortunately I've missed a lot of new images. Look forward to seeing a lot more of your work! Vicky
Outstanding with perfection in every way Michael. The mountain just draws one into it and the beautiful greens and flowers in the foreground add to a beautiful composition. What a great post and thanks for sharing it.
