Dave, I cannot tell you why, but the first impression I got when I viewed this was musical. Trumpets and trombones. Maybe other instruments too. It is, afterall, an abstract! Give me some time and I will see the rainy day too :)

Seriously though, I can understand you seeing trumpets, etc in it. I actually tried to get rid of those little "doolie-wobbers" that give it that trumpet look. I need to get a bit better & more familiar with the JWildfire software, and I could probably do it.
