I'm pretty sure this is a crocus, but it differs from the straight purple ones I'm used to :) A hybrid, perhaps? Anywho, I do believe this is the mose perfect picture I've ever taken of a flower. Not to be boastful, but that's just my assertation. Hope you enjoy :)

You are correct, this is a crocus. You have made an excellent sharp detailed photograph. It is unusual to see an image of a crocus at the angle you have chosen. Good work!
