Taken in January near the end of the month this year, was breathtaking in person wish pictures could do it justice, was 6 images stitched together to get the full rainbow.
I think you had this posted once upon a time. I remember seeing it somewhere. It's one of my favorite all-time pictures. Beautiful. Always been a 10+ in my book.
very nice work - its rare that i give a 10 or even a 9 to be honest but this deserves nothing less. did you use autostich to compile the images or did you do it by hand?

I think I've only seen such a fabulous rainbow twice in my entire life and I'm (shhhhh) 55. Of course I didn't have my camera. Mother Nature’s beauty and an artist that knew how to work magic brought us this magnificent image. 10 by me and a place in my favorites.
The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed.

Oh my gosh, this is beautiful....so breathtaking, i've never seen a rainbow so wonderful like that, or a full one....wish i could've see it in person...nice capture, its so sharp and clear...10
"I wrote your name on a piece of paper but by accident I threw it away...
I wrote your name on my hand but it washed away...
I wrote your name in the
sand but the waves whisked it away....
I wrote your name in my heart and forever it will stay........."
How perfect is this? You captured this at just the right moment; The scenery couldnt be any better, and the tree in the middle is exquisite.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
Peace:)
Pity? Pity is a useless emotion. Because usually, the people that deserve it, dont want it. And the people that want it, dont deserve it. So whats the point?
I don't know how I missed this the first time aorund Joel, but I am sure glad I found it now. I think I would have been awe-struck and forgotten to ahoot the picture! The colors here are the kind that only Mother Nature can produce and you have done a noble job of shwoing us the beauty. Thank you. Your stitching is excellent also. :~)
I love this! When I lived in Iowa in the Country, I used to see full rainbows occasionally and it was always a thrill. Now I can use this wallpaper and remember our wonderful years on the farm. You did a great job of stitching. Thanks for the beautiful memories.
I have rarely been privileged to see a full rainbow, but they are a truly awe-inspiring sight. What a wonderful job you did in bringing this to us. Everything about this shot is just right: the colors are incredibly warm and rich; the tree provides a great focal point and sense of scale; the light is just perfect throughout the entire image; and let's not forget that this is, in fact, a shot of two full rainbows. 10/10 and into favs.
yeah, I can't really come up with anything new to say in praise anymore, just that I like it, and to commend you on doing a great job stitching. Your image reminded me of a site,

where they talk about a double rainbow - your image is a perfect example. awesomeness.
