Picture I took of a praying mantis found in Chattanooga TN. We were playing with the mantis letting him crawl on us. Sticking him in this plant made for a great picture.

Great capture! I like the contrast of the green mantis against the pink flowers. Good detail and clarity as well.

great shot! the clarity is nice,colors are great and i love the character of its face. i dont see them very oftern, but i saw one on my fronty porch yesterday. reminds me of Brack.

Love it. Awsome, magnificent, majestic, I could go on and on. But I will just say this. YOU ROCK. I dont know how you caught this pic but it is incredible. Did you know that in the time it takes for lightening to strike once, a praying manitis can strike at its prey twice.
