It's very dry this spring, but there are quite a few flowers blooming anyway. Here in the Florida Mountains near Deming, NM, Mexican gold poppies line the roadside.

Only once in my life I have seen golden poppies and I do love these flowers most of all!!!!
I would even consider moving to Florida if it weren't for that asteroid that fell down there 65 million years ago. It might happen again and how do I look then ?! LOL
