A decaying rose is quite a depressing subject to view but still you captured it very nicely, good focus and balance.

As much as some may think this is not all that beautiful if you look at it metaphorically, it is about life. We have our moments of beauty and strength and then we fade out. A horticulturalist would look at this like a plant that needs fertilization and some help from possible bug infestation.
