Jerry - Queezy? Perhaps, if, in person, standing where you were. I like the HDR treatment given to this image of mountain, with its rock outcroppings, and perma-snow - especially with the low angled lighting. The scene is quite dramatic? Thad

Yes, vertigo sets in looking down at that winding river so far below.
A wonderful view - and an expertly taken and presented photo.
Beautiful HDR.

(is it really called Lost Lunch Lookout?)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Very beautiful. The HDR effect doesn't stand out, but the picture sure does. Great work!

Not fond of HDR, and in this case it seems to rob the natural beauty of the scene, at least to me anyway. But it could just be me, I see very few HDR photos that I care for, not a fan of the treatment.

That's a beauty, and one I've never seen. I expect the air was getting thin at that altitude.

Liked the intensity of of the portrait as well.

Something about HDR: it does not add information to the photo it brings out the details and color that 8 bit software just can't do. It's an enhancement rather than a manipulation though I post under "manipulation" to satisfy the nay sayers. HDR renders in 16-32 bit which one can see why HDR seems fake. There is so much info in HDR that just goes to waste in regular processing. Even camera manufacturers are now building in HDR rendering. One day that's all there will be...or maybe 3D HDR?

Jerry, I think this is truly an amazing image, and the HDR brought out the beauty of the scene. Tigs♥ =^..^=

There are quite a few ways to do HDR and sometimes it seems garish and unnatural. You do it superbly and create lovely images. Well done!

Actually I agree with JoAnn [jcferg99] about the HDR in general and your image in particular = HDR = no good, your image = plus good [1984 by G Orwell's influence LOL].
What I like most is that there are so many things to watch here - one can spend hours studying the picture !
Thanks and congratulations, dear owd marra.
