Fine shot. Would have loved to have seen it before it was left to fall apart. It has seen some high water that is for sure!

Like the angle, like the composition. Focus and clarity are good good.
Caveats?
Not so crazy about the colour of the sky, though.
Suggestion?
After the HDR, bring up a B & W Adjustment Layer on top of things.
Play around, mess around with the Blue and Cyan colour channels.
Maybe.. like so ...

To my eyes and monitor (<-- qualifier here).. there is a more natural look/colour to the sky now and, in addition, some added depth to your photo.
Then again, what do I know.. I am a Canucklehead?

EDIT: Forgot to mention the Blending Mode to employ if 'you' are tempted to try the above B & W Adjustment Layer suggestion.. Luminosity.

Great bygone era shot, Jerry. Have to say it's a good BW or Toned, candidate. Also clone over the vapour trails and all the other buildings on the far right.

The Sony NEX 7 is a mirrorles camera with a 24 megapixel DSLR sensor. The shot was done with in camera HDR at only one stop over. The only post processing was the addition of a neutral density filter that slightly darkened the sky.
