This is a remake of an earlier image using a newer version of Vue (7.5) It's a fantasy image for my young grand daughter. I'm learning a lot about light and atmosphere and how to get the look I want. This is more what I had in mind originally. I admit the Unicorn is still pretty cheezy but children take their Unicorns any way they can get them.

Nice job and excellent render. The lighting looks great and it seems to bring out the clarity of the background really good.

I like the shadow and detail in the wood allot.This is a fine piece but I wonder , why the light in the lower right.

Well hello Peter..long time no see...I think this is just whimsical and sweet. Unicorns...well, they are nice no matter what, they always are loved. I love how this looks like one giant leaf...and then sun rays come thru it..not sure if you meant that to happen. But it's so delicate. Then the 'curious' look on the Unicorn, and that bit of fog...it's all so light and airy feeling. I love the little critter on the rock too.I also enjoy very much the branches, so lightly all over. There is actually so much to enjoy in this creation. Nice to see your creation Peter. Thank you so much..verena
