OK, correct me if I am wrong, but I think the whole "taken with a Canon 680GS" is a joke, for those of you that thought he was serious ;) considering that the model does not exist... hes saying that it is in the future lol.. wow really have to spell it out for some people.. maybe thats why american humour consists of only the most blatantly obvious.

Well, I wouldn't have known about the camera model, but there's surely another more basic sense in which the "model doesn't exist"! It's placement in the 3D gallery was a bit of a give away, too.

Amazing render, though. I like the use of stars in this a lot. The combination of the "natural" skies and the precise hitech lines and sphere is quite something.
