At this point I had two choices. A five mile walk along this winter road....or a two mile hike back through the snow, shrubs, and briar bushes. It was a nice day for a hike! =) Thanx 4 lookin'.

Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to repose. Trust me on this one, I live there ............The Lion...................... MY GALLERY - The Magical Mystery Tour

Lovely curves and angles make the composition of your image very strong. Great colours too, especially in the blue range. I really like everything about this and would have happily joined you on the hike, if the rest of the countryside is a pretty as this.

Great shot....you were probably better off hiking along this road than driving on them...well maybe not, but can't pass up a good hike!! I love the gold tips of the grass shooting through the snow...great job!!!

I really like the composition here, my friend. I love a hike through snow as long as I'm equipped for it..esp if I have my camera in hand.

What a good composition! I really like the soft and gentle approach here, in what could otherwise easily be a harsh picture. The artistry of the road curving out of view is also a great touch.

Lived in Phoenix the last 37 years and this looks a lot like White Mountain country. Kind of makes you shiver when you come out of 115 degrees.
