Here's another photo...same flower as Lovely!....but different settings on the camera. No sepia tone and slightly different lighting. Hope you like it! =) -Laurel
This is a very enchanting flower shot. The Big rose amongh the nice smaller flowers is really eye catching. And the over all color scheme is also impressive. I like the composition and the sharpness too since those are key factors of success of this shot.
I like this one also, but prefer the other one. I feel the other, more white one is a bit more delicate...and I like that kind of softness. And thats not to say this isnt pretty, because it is also...nice ideas both of them.
Hi Laurel. I love the lighting in this image. It has such a warm feel to it. The soft focus of the rose really helps too. I am a sucker for baby's breath, so you really got me there :). I have not yet seen the other image, but this is going into my favorites on my harddrive. It really looks very Victorian era. My style. Well done. Thanks :~)
Of the two, I like this one the best...the lighting definitely gives it a warmer and more romantic feel, plus the positioning of the rose amongst the smaller flowers is more balanced...quite an enchanting image...nice work.:Pat.
Hi Laurel, my goodness, this is lovely! You have created a mood, an ambience with this lighting and beauty of the rose, that would be very hard to match!! Wonderful image and extremely well done my dear! Now, for a beautiful verse and song!! High marks from me! Sincerely, Marilyn
