My family was walking around Glass Beach during low tide off of Highway 1 in California...I have a couple different shots from our few minutes there that I'm going to post. This is the first. I smoothed the whole thing because I thought the curves and colors were the most interesting parts...it helped to bring those out. Critiques appreciated.

I think this is a great capture of the wet and slippery feeling of kelp like this.

i like it and i really think you made the right decision on smoothing it out. it allows your focus to be right on what you wanted.. those fabulous curves and colors. Great shot!
