I'm trying use a different filter "LOW KEY". Sincerely I like the effect. But probably will be more useful for different subject type.

Such a great shot Ed. I agree it is a tad dark even though I prefer the darker tones in a shot. The scene you have captured is stunning.

I like the use of color here... were you using a post-photo utility, or just Photoshop? I think the framing is good to put some visual control on the scene.
