I discontinued my usual style for a b/w picture I taken yesterday while going up there for a good Restaurant (mushroom specialities). I then stopped my car on the bottom and, having noticed the clouds up on the town, I realises it may be beautiful having this scenery. Comments are welcome.

Oh my, what a wonderfully dramatic photo. You made the right choice to use b&w. It makes the whole scene feel so dark and mysterious. And being the way you placed this little village and the castle, right under that fantastic cloud, well, it could not have been any better. Mushroom specialties????!! Now THAT I would love. It's one of my most favorite foods!! This is a grand shot, thank you for something unique.Verena

Oh my, the black and white really emphasizes the voluminous cloud formation above the city. Amazing image.

I am glad you stoped my friend. This one is perfect for the b&w. It really brings out the textures of the mountain. Faved again.

Put this one on full view to see Ed's great shading and detail technique, not to mention getting the windblown feel of the foreground bushes. This is totally wonderful, Ed!
