Beautiful capture, I agree with kanapon, it's like I'm waiting for someone to come out screaming from the lower window! Nicely composed!

The dark building against the grey sky and the leafless tree give the photo a real ominous look. Very good capture.

Ed - Perhaps the story of Rumpelstiltskin is not a German tale after all! This tower in this photo looks like that I imagine to be in that Brothers Grimm tale. The B/W treatment of the tower and looming tree does give the photo an eerie tone. Nicely done! Thad

I like this B&W, it reminds me of a horror movie, the bleakness and the trees against the tower. Awesome shot!

For some reason I feel I have just escaped from a Mental Institution and I'm looking back. My next move will be to run but for the first time I really noticed this place as it is. Excellent work EDV. Anytime it makes you think it is good.

Interesting perspective Ed, and a lovely building. I'm not entirely sure about this one - the angle of the roof against the sky is a bit harsh and the black and white a little stark for me. I love seeing what you do when you look up though!
