Another headless statue EDV. I read where this one is a headless statue on a niche, in the Cortille della Pigna (Courtyard of the Pine Cone) Vatican Museums, Vatican City.

I had a problem with this one. I really like the centre of the photo. That to me seems like the whole point...but I found the green pulling my eyes away from it. I think it should have been cropped a bit more or the greens toned down. Just my own personal preference but your work is awesome and I really like your what your eye catches.

Ed - I like the scene a lot. The HDR work does wonderful things to the objects in the photo. While I understand Jarrod's comment, I think the broader perspective reminds the viewer that the statue and stonework are part of a larger image - the Via Appia. Another outstanding post. Thad
