This is the kind of scene where you want to take a deep breath and assure yourself that it isn't REALLY a dream! I like the initial interest on the right side...allowing me to sweep to the left and back, exploring this great waterway.
Hello Ed...Excellent composition and adoreable colours...I am sure that this picture will be a big hit with Caedes viewers....Well done....All the best to you Ed..........Mick.
Seems I keep sending your captures to the art council and people keep agreeing with me. I love the lighting in this one. With the sky you captured it may be a good entry into the contest. Congrats on winning the last contest. It was a great capture as well.
A beautiful panoramic view of this landscape. I love the lighting and colour tones on the right-hand side of the scene. A great looking sky and cloud cover in the background.
The left side of the shot seems to have let you down some. The horizon line seems to dip down on that side. Then there's that strange "S" pattern in the clouds by the power pylon.
Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick.

All of earth is crammed with heaven And every bush aflame with God But only those who see take off their shoes. - Elizabeth Barrett Browning<p>
