Ed - Like the cafe, this lighthouse has a formal appearance. The fluted column, bronze dome and statue, protected by the cut stone mariner at its base makes a wonderful scene. Your post photo work emphasizes the lighthouse as the focal point. The shadow of the light on the column fluting is excellent. In candor, the bright lighting at the base appears to be out of character with the more muted colors, focus and lighting of the rest of the photo; perhaps if it was darkened slightly, it would not be as distracting to me.
