this is quite nice. colors are a bit harsh but it give a nice contrast. this sratchy-techno effect is good too.
Just some suggestions : the text is not bad but your choise of font doesn't go well with the image, maybe you could place it somewhere else than the top left too. the image is a little bit unbalanced as well. it's well balanced above but below there's all this black space.... maybe it will work better with borders (letter-box style, ) give more depht I think... just some thoughts...
