Used ShortGreenPigg's piano script, which can be found on Deviant Art here:
Piano Script.
I ended up playing with it and a few other scripts on this, the piano script itself just outputs a line of keys. Works nicely with overlaying some other scripts though. The notes were done in Paint Shop Pro.

Wow, Emily, this is truly WONDERFUL. Love the piano keyboard and notes. My son & daughter-in-law teach at the conservatory of music here and they are really good musicians. This really have fabulous colours and design, way to go.
