...as in idea. I'll let you decide if it's done.
A photo of some dried up earth baking in the hot summer sun. Perhaps it's a simple puddle drying up after a rainstorm. Or it's a dried creek bed following low water levels. Or it's a farm field suffering after a prolonged drought. Or maybe it's something else.
Just doing some thinking outside the box. It was getting crowded in there and hard to stretch out the legs. Not to mention hitting my head on the chandelier every time I'd go in for a jump shot. This will be my entry in the water contest. I'm sure there's water in this photo someplace. Then again my shorts are feeling kind of soggy after sitting in that box for so long.
Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

1) When have you ever thought "inside the box"? Most of your comments are barely human as in living on a different plain of existence. If you were on Star Trek, I would say that their had been a transporter malfunction.
2) If there was a little shale in this mud, I would say that you had been in Atascadero. Looks more like fudge to me, but I haven't eaten supper yet and still have to take Ollie for walk #2.
3) Where's the bench?
4) This is a sure fire winner in the "Water" contest. Could also have won the "People" contest.
Excellent shot. I'm trying to get away from my comfort zone of noisy fog shots. You have that rare ability to find a shot where I wouldn't even look. No noise. Excellent California colors. Dare I say "sharp" focus? I see your footprint in the upper right. Adidas? Way too much saturation on that weed. :-)
