So I may have overdone things in the editing department. But who really wants to stare at a sharply focused picture all day? It's bad enough the colours are practically screaming at you. But I'm pretty sure I didn't fiddle with them. Maybe I should have changed them and left the focus alone. Kind of late now though.

Yet another photo shot down at the duck pond. Though on this particular day the ducks seem to be in short supply and the seagulls are standing in as it were.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

The softer touch gives it a rather dream-like appearance Wendell like a wonderful memory of a warm summer day. Of course the reality is it was hot as blazes and flies were biting but the memory is nice as is the image.

Aye mate, the softness does work on this!...easy on the eye too!...and, the softness means I won't get a solid 'hit' from the gulls either... ;o)

Well done Wendell it as a look like a painting my friend and I love the soft dreamy blur look to this stunning colourful piece of art work.

I like your effects on this very colorful photo. They create a softness which goes very well with all of the green/blue color tones....plus I like the 'floaty' feeling I get when I stare at it......

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
