Judging by the snow I can only presume that it was a day in winter. Sometimes it can be hard to tell in this country exactly what season it is. Snow on the ground is not always a helpful hint.

From my experience with the North American continent's weather it could also be fall or spring! Like the lighting very much in this.

I agree with Kathy, it could be any season except summer, lol. I see people enjoying the trail, also see cross-country ski trails.
