I ran across this uncooperative bird and its mates earlier today. I have yet to figure out their comfort zone, but I know 20 ft is pushing things. And it doesn't help when they insist on perching in a swampy area. So this is pretty much the best of the batch of meager shots I was able to take today.

The focusing is well done on this one Wendell, not an easy one to get. They are a rather moody lot, and I guess they just don't know we want to make them famous. :) Tigs♥ =^..^=

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
I love the colours in this photo especially in the blue sky and tree bark plus the light coming from the sun gives the bark of the tree a nice shine and the bird is position perfectly in this well composed photography .Well done Wendell to a lovely spring looking photo.
