A hastily snapped shot of a black-capped chickadee. The wee fellow flew into the general vicinity of where I was snapping photos of a groundhog. It stuck around for all of four frames and then flew off to pursue a meal or a mate.

Had one of these guys on my terrace earlier this spring at my feeding station - cute little thing and they are little compared to the sparrows - nice quick capture Wendell.

Cute shot of the chickadee Wendell - don't think he would have trouble finding a mate as he is a fine looking bird - great capture - like the comp and the blue sky - also like to see some posts of the groundhog - we have many in my area, but all too often, I see them on the side of our roads

Very nice bright looking photo and in the UK we call this member of the birds the tit family ,like blue tit ,great tit coal ,tit and bearded tit and not to for get long tailed tit ,look it up on google you will see this is true lol.The detail in this bird is superb and I like that you have the light it the birds eye it always gives live to a creature .Plus nice colours and spot on compstion too Wendell.
