Ah! Beautiful! I may have been there before. Where exactly is this? I can't tell from the peak... is it Cathedral lakes? Anyway, I love the reflection of the snow on the perfectly still lake. Great photograph and great place.

no, this was a place i backpacked to. its funny though because the lake has not been on any maps i have looked at. in yosomite park there is a trailhead called ten lakes trailhead, which is where we parked, and the trail follows the left side of yosomite creek. i instead went up the rite side of the crrek of all trails, and ended up heading over mabey 3 or 4 ridges compleatly cross country and found this place. it was abosolutly amazing. i found no signs of other people, no fire rings, nothing. i backpaked 7 days and found no people, and no sign that people had been there.
