This is the hall of the St. Bento train station in Oporto, the hand painted tiles are wonderful, was shotted tonight when I coming home from work and I still have a couple of minutes till the train depature, so I done a serie of photos that I post in the next days. The quality of the image isn't perfect because sometimes my camera don't work very well in the artificial light but is impossible get this hall without any people during the day, even at this time (23:30 O'clock) I have to clone a guy that insisted on being there in the middle to destroy the picture

What a beautiful train station. I would ride the train just to go in there. Very nice picture.

I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is. Albert Camus ........ My Gallery

I'm 18 and don't travel much. But I tend to bring my camera around just to catch what sticks out from my everyday goings. *~* Gallery *~*

Although the image is just a little grainy, it became a wonderfull shot for sure.
It gives a great impression of craftmanship, what a beautifull train station this is.
I also like the Delft's Blue tiles on the back wall. Great shot, and i do hope to see more from this train station.

About cloning, usualy it is not needed to clone. just shot a picture, and take another one just a little later. mostly, the person(s) have just moved a few meters then, and then you can cut and past. works better than cloning.

Great picture, thanks for posting it.

Great shot Manuel. I love this wallpainting in the back. What a lovely train station. You did a great job to clone the person out.
