It's not a real submarine but more of a yellow mother in law suite. Yes. These dwellings must be exposed and reviewed for what they are. Air conditioned with a real mailing address and everything. The mailbox says 'Tigers'. I'm glad the tree was removed to reveal the true beauty. The doormat does not say welcome, so stay away.

Lots of tigers around. LSU, Auburn, Detroit...maybe even more. Nice looking submarine. I heard that Ringo didn't like trees, so there ya go!

I'm thinking LSU Tigers fans are the only ones welcome. I like the vertical siding on one side of the door and the horizontal on the other.
Great color and find !

I think the man who lives here is named Tony. You know how much a can of house paint costs these days? And the doormat doesn't say anything...you have to read it. I can't imagine it takes much to AC this place either. Nice find, Sherlock.

There are Missouri Tigers but they are mere cubs in the SEC, Lt. Dan. It takes one good paint salesman to sell enough of this color to paint a house. Good shot.

I love your collection of Mother-in-law suites! You should go into the real estate business to help frustrated couples find 'suitable housing' for their in-laws! There is absolutely nothing wrong with this lovely home, and what a brilliant and beautiful color! Who could ask for more than this?! Very nice find and shot Dan.

No! No! Dan! ... you got your objects mixed up!... THIS is the real thing!...

A Mother-in-Law suite should be in a dungeons cell with no door!...

~~Gawd~~...that colour really hurts the eyes!...

Whoever painted this really gave it a sunny look, which has lasted even though it has become a little delapidated.
Everyone knows that all we mothers in law are bright and sunny just like this so it is very appropriate :)

Clever shot and I like your narrative. I agree with LynEve, we as mother in law are bright and sunny, at least most of us are....

This would appear to be one of the more luxurious mother-in-law suites compared to some of the others you've posted, a tropical getaway in fact with the AC and the bright sunny color...great find and as always well taken and humorous intro.
