And that is, indeed ... a good good thing.
Like what you accomplished with the pattern script here for a background. It ties in with your main flame rather nicely.
If you don't mind me being bold here ... the suggestion I have would have been to have used a colour palette or gradient a little closer to that of your focal abstract for the background. Not as neutral, more complimentary in colour.
As is, hmm ... kind of reminds me of a cave, with accompanying and found hieroglyphics within(<--- can you believe it? ... I actually spelled this correctly on the first go ... yeah, I checked :oP).
Nice effect you achieved with the light play that I perceive. That is cool.
