I don't normally care too much for this kind of pic... But this one made me take a gander at the FS... I will say that my preference is for the B&W background that appears in the thumbnail over the grey pattern in the FS. The fact that you posted this work tells us where your preference lies... and that is much more important than mine.

UMMM WOW! I really like the coloring in this one, the shapes do seem similar to like an energy explosion like you mentioned, I really do love this one.

Great design this, and neat colours as well, you can`t make out the background detail till you see it full and it`s an added touch of quality. Excellent.
