I discovered this in downtown San Jose,Ca. at the Guadalupe River Park. It's a manipulated version of a picture I took of a bench ride on the carousal in the park:) Thanks for looking.
Very artistic looking capture and nice manipulation too with stunning layout and colours .I also like the background to this post it add a lovely feel to this piece as well.Good luck in the contest .
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Carousels seem to me, oddly perhaps, akin to Libraries. Carousels are so very filled with art, color, hidden bits of beauty such as a flower under the saddle horn. Libraries, similarly, are filled with treasures...new books, sure, but the treasures are in the older classics and the hidden "finds" such as an obscure book by a well-loved author. Both give more to the user than is necessary...and this user, for one, loves them both for it! This pic is a great example of the joyous art of the Carousel.
