Discovered another feature of a familiar Paint.Net plugin which I use all the time but this gave me this outcome. I"ll try it on some more renders and see what I can get:):)

Your title would suggest an image that might flow from the pen of Theodor Geisel, "Doctor Suess", but I'm seeing something more organic and even threatening, like the maw of some creature about to open and bite. Those points remind me of microscopic images of shark skin, which is tough because it's actually miniature teeth that grow from the mouth and cover their body. [I wanted to be a marine biologist when I was a kid and was a scuba diver when I was in the Navy, so this esoteric information has stuck in my head for many years... I finally found a use for it!]
