This pic was taken on a trip back from Catalina Island...which you see in the background. I always love the trip back for this reason. They often follow the boat for a few miles before turning around and heading back to the island.

Very good shot. reminds me of when I go to a SF Giants baseball game and the birds follow the boats. I especially like the contrast in the water of the boats wake. Did you feed them?

Nice shot, this image gives me a sense of peace. The sun glare really added alot to this image. I cant help thinking what this image would of been like if those seagulls were Doves. I like your description and by the sounds of it those seagulls were giving you there bon voyage to you or waiting for you to take there picture....lol Good job!!

It's a good shot. My suggestion would be to crop out the few birds at the top though, just having half of them is a little distracting.
