Santos beach by night. Santos is in Brazil and is not, as many may think a place full of tourist - actually it is quite the opposite. There are many poor people and the crime rate is high - but man, it's nice(-; Sitting on the beach in the evening with a cold beer - it doesn’t get much better. The town is port of call for many ships traveling the eastern shore of South America and you can always find one or more sailors roaming the streets.better. What an outstanding capture of light...and oh my! the silhouettes of the people...just lovely! The colour you capured is fantastic! Its just a very beautiful photo! I can sure see why you would love it there! The way that you got the sun right on top of the mountains and then the clouds drifting by...its all just perfect!!

Thanks. I especially like the silhouettes of the surfer. In the original the light was actually reflected of the tall building to the right (pink light) - had to correct this so not to "disturb focus".
