I didn't do any corrections in PhShp or elsewhere. I left it that dark on purpose. It was just before nightfall.

I like this very much. I can feel the cold of the darkness and the shadows give all the drama this photo needs. Untouched photos are so very 'real' and that says a lot. If the photo is clear and tells its own story, then its a good shot. And this is how this one is.The colours of the top of the mountains due to the suns getting ready to set is just fantastic..Thanx for a very very great photo!..verena

I agree with your choice, as it is a magnificent and very powerful image as is. This brings out the overwhelming sense of beautiful, but terrible power and authority of these mountains.
