Great shot of the pileated woodpecker, Creator Walt Lantz modeled Woody wood pecker after this species. great shot. I tried a few times to get a good picture of one of these guys but they are shy and swift. Well done!

Love the color! I would like to see his face too, I guess he IS shy! This side is interesting and colorful too. Nice details.

Airika, this is a FABULOUS capture of this beautiful Pileated woodpecker. We have several in our area also. They are the largest woodpeckers in North America. The colours and clarity are outstanding. Congrat's on capturing him.
