The cigar looks good. I'd perhaps change the sky background. Maybe change the sky background to black?
Just save often, and keep changing/altering things around.

It's quite good. I don't understand the hole in the cigar. Do cigars have holes in them? I never really looked at one. :) The reflection is great. I would do as the above poster said and keep working with it. It's a great start. :)
