This image took 95 hours to render on my 500 MHz laptop! I want a Cray super computer...
Bryce 5 and Photoshop 6. Notice the stars too. ;)

Well my main rig is a stationary 1533 MHz AMD. I wasn't using my laptop at that time so it did the rendering... for four days...

yeah that is an ouch, i think my old G3 coulda done it faster. with a simple background, no atmospheric effects, etc... i mean i know that's probably a volumetic material on those cubes... well it paid off, its nice. ithink i like the green one better, but this is nice.

Beautiful image. When you upgrade get a Core I7 Intel based computer. You get 8 virtual cores, each doing the work of an entire cpu. My render times are amazingly short.
