This is a Bryce image that I made about 2 years ago. I re-rendered it at a higher resolution and did som post processing in Photoshop. The original image is in daylight but I think this is cooler. :)
I was thinking "Pirates" before I actually noticed the title. It's pretty good... I think I wouldn't have bothered with the palm shadow on the water though, it's unneccesary and looks a bit unrealistic IMHO.
Excellent, excellent and excellent. Ok maybe one or two to many excellents but, this is so awesome. Great title to boot! Love the texture of the rock and the water. Want to go here and look for buried treasure. 10+ ;-)
i hate to disagree with anyone, but i think the reflections from the trees are pretty awesome. and i've found it very difficult to render believable foliage and landscapes in bryce. i think you've done an excellent job!
very nice i like the symetrical nature of the image it adds a lot to the pic. Also nice job on the rocky terrain on either side i can tell that took some work. Nice job on the realistic image!

I also think the shadows from the trees are the most realistic part of the whole image. Excelent on that part. I don't know about the mountain in the back. It looks gorgeous, but it doesn't convince me when I see the corners of it hit the horizon line like that...maybe needs some hazing on that part? Either way, this is a 10.
Thankfully I take the time to peruse the main galleries now and then and I fell upon this incredible creation! Outstanding work....onto my desktop and into my favorites gallery it goes! Wen
