...is an awe inspiring sight! I'm afraid I may have "tinkered" with the highlights and shadows a bit too much, but will leave it up to all y'all to confirm or deny.

P.S. ANY day on the water is a good day...this particular piece of water is a small pond in Central Delaware. Photo was taken in late 2006.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Keep tinkering Chris, because you made an excellent job of this! It feels like I am standing there myself with the sun in my eyes! Some might think the sun is blown out but that is what you see yourself so I like it that way. Maybe a very slight tilt on the horizon, but don't take that as being correct - my eyesight is skewy anyway! lol! ... a beautiful shot!

Makes me ready for Winter to hit, when I will be sitting on the banks of DeGray Lake at home in Arkansas, overlooking the water, watching the sun set, as I feel I'm doing now looking at this magnificent 'peace' of art!
