Interesting portrait - ball to the east, tongue to the west. The eyes look a little spooky, but the brown against the black background is a pleasing combination.

Such a beautiful subject, I think we can all agree, and edoctober is right, the black background really brings out the reds and the subtle ochres in the fur.

My Charlie likes the tennis balls too. He somehow manages to get two of them in his mouth....looks like he has two swollen and abscessed teeth when he does that. Unfortunately, he also eats the balls so I have to let him play for awhile and take them away.
