This isn't actually Morris Bridge but it is at Morris Bridge park. This is at the end of a long dirt trail that ends by the river. When I first moved down here, large sections of the bridge were still intact then collapsed shortly there after. The road led to a large raised area of the swamp where they harvested pine trees for shingles and other uses. Much of this area was heavily logged in the turn of the century into the 1950's.
