This is an addendum to my entry yesterday. I had trouble getting a good vantage point of "Old Joe" a 1000 year old cypress tree at Lettuce Lake park so I climbed to the top of the tower and got the top half of the tree. Old Joe is in the middle and its brother probably 500 - 600 years old is to the right. Notice the flattened top, you know it's up in years when you see that. I'll include the trunk tomorrow.

The two very old brothers looks so much alike after all these years!

See that 'Old Joe' is waving to you as a friend, Alex.
Please don't tell me that the branches have been moved by the wind, because it would disturb my vivid imagination, my friend, ☺ .
