I apologise for the drama of the past couple weeks. I do not have a Facebook account nor do I share my life with anyone else except occasionally here on Caedes. I realise most of us know each other to a point and I look at Caedes as a place to share your passion for photography and fellowship as well. I'm sorry if it was TMI (too much Information). In any event, I wanted to shift the attention away from me and post a picture of a Limpkin taken at Lettuce Lake Park in February, 2018. P.S I am doing well, not much pain, and see the doctor tomorrow.

Good shot of the bird Alex. no need to apologise because you have not bothered us just because of a few personal photos and personal information.

No worries, Alex...there's been no drama...we are a pretty close-knit community here and some real friendships have been formed...we like getting to know each other...now, getting back to nature, I like the soft focus and muted colors...it has a quiet peaceful feel...nice one.

No excuse needed at all, Alex. I always view your images with much interest and read your narratives, often with a smile on my face, too. Not boring, but on the contrary.
Your contributions enhance our feelings that Caedes isn't just a photo site, but a close community who friends aren't only sharing their photographs/artworks, but share their interest/sentiments/emotions as well, and that's great!.
Way to go, my friend!

Wonderful scene you have captured, Alex. I especially appreciate the reflection in the water and the ripples being circular, it adds a special touch to this photo, great work! It's nice to share interests with each other, we are human after all.

Great angle and like the dramatic look and the rippled water around him and colour tones

Beautiful photo and no apologies needed. I agree with you on the Facebook thing. I don't have it anymore either. People on here connect better than anyone I would occasionally get a like from on there did. This is the longest I've been on any website because we all care to comment and bring a smile to each other's faces here more than anywhere else. And even if it's just constructive criticism at least it's some form a connection. A like on social media is not personal at all.

Caedes wins over Facebook, more real friends here. :)
